Leasing Assistant

- Manage lease agreements and maintain positive relationships with existing lessors, addressing any arising issues.
- Negotiate and coordinate lease documents, ensuring all necessary legal requirements are met. This includes managing signed documents, payments, tenant details forms, registration/licenses, receipts, etc.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is preferred.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Preferable with experience in Commercial Leasing.
- Excellent oral and written communications, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and pay keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities within the scope of responsibility.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new environments.
