JOB DESCRIPTION
Driver Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit qualified drivers to the platform.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to run targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Identify high-performing acquisition channels (e.g., referrals, on-ground activations, digital campaigns) and optimize for results.
- Monitor trends in the transport and logistics industry to stay competitive in sourcing efforts.
Driver Retention Strategy
- Design and execute initiatives to improve driver engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Analyze feedback, complaints, and performance data to improve the overall driver experience.
- Roll out retention programs such as loyalty schemes, incentives, and communication campaigns.
- Segment drivers by performance or behavior to personalize retention approaches.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to design and implement campaigns that attract both drivers and customers.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and communication content for recruitment and retention programs.
- Participate in field activations, community events, and brand initiatives to support lead generation and driver acquisition.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Use data tools to track recruitment and retention KPIs, including conversion, onboarding rates, churn, and satisfaction scores.
- Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct A/B tests and pilot programs to evaluate and enhance strategies.
Others
- Perform other related duties as assigned, whether communicated verbally or in writing, to support the efficient operation of the department.
Qualifications
- Experience in driver recruitment, HR, fleet/transport operations, or sales & marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of field sourcing, onboarding, and driver behavior.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with frontline workers.
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
