Regular Duties:

· Assists building tenants, visitors, and customers availing of valet services in a professional and courteous manner.

· Regulates and manage the flow of vehicular traffic within the assigned valet area to ensure safety and efficiency.

· Ensures that all vehicles are parked properly and securely in designated areas.

· Conducts pre-operation checks on the car lift to ensure it is in safe working condition.

· Coordinates with the Valet Team Leader for daily assignments and operational instructions.

· Supports security personnel in monitoring and safeguarding the parking premises.

Occasional Duties:

· Performs cleaning, maintenance, and repainting of the car lift, parking walls, posts, and ramps to maintain a clean and safe environment.

· Tracks regular vehicle monitoring including tune-up and other necessary up keeping activities for the vehicle.

Other functions

· Renders assistance to the department as the need arise e.g. transporting logistic materials, helping the staff during the preparation of company activities.

· Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
