The team is likely seeking a dependable and professional driver who demonstrates strong responsibility, exceptional driving abilities, punctuality, and the flexibility to handle diverse tasks, routes, and schedules—all while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport staff, clients, or goods as required, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times, including regular interior and exterior cleaning.
  • Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition (e.g., oil, water, brakes, lights, tire pressure) and report any issues for timely repair.
  • Ensure all required vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.) are valid and updated.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring punctuality and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents, parcels, or goods, securing proper acknowledgment.
  • Strictly observe traffic laws, driving rules, and company safety policies at all times.
  • Immediately report any road accidents, violations, or vehicle issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Keep a record of trips, fuel consumption, maintenance activities, and other relevant logs as required.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all passengers and clients.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid professional driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • 2+ years of experience as a professional driver.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes. Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience driving company vehicles
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation systems.
  • Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
