We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant team as Service Crew at CUCINA by Chef J, located in Ortigas, Pasig City. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Taking customer orders accurately and promptly

  • Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

  • Ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next customers

  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints

  • Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as needed

  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area

  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
