The Seasonal Sales Associate provides excellent customer service, assists in driving sales, and helps maintain an organized, welcoming store environment during peak shopping seasons. This role supports the store team in delivering a positive shopping experience and ensuring products are well-presented and available for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Guide customers in finding products, making recommendations, and answering inquiries.
  • Support in achieving sales targets and upselling promotions or special offers.
  • Handle transactions at the cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, including fitting rooms and display areas.
  • Assist in store events, promotional activities, and high-traffic periods.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
