About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Leasing Officer to join our team in managing and expanding the tenant portfolio of our retail and lifestyle properties in Parañaque and Boracay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the retail industry. Willingness to be relocated to Boracay is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Acquisition & Retention

  • Identify and evaluate potential tenants aligned with the property's brand.
  • Conduct site tours and present leasing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current tenants.

Lease Negotiation & Documentation

  • Prepare and negotiate lease proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor lease expirations and manage renewals or re-leasing.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market studies on rental trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to improve leasing strategies and tenant mix.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate lease records and occupancy data.
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and revenue forecasts.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with marketing teams on promotional campaigns for vacant spaces.
  • Coordinate with operations and facilities teams for space readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in leasing, preferably in retail or lifestyle properties.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lease contracts and property management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management software.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple leasing management software platforms is required.
  • Must be available for immediate relocation to Boracay.
