Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient task coordination.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and timely communication.
  • Organize and maintain customer records, appointments, and service requests in the CRM system.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document management, reporting, and data entry.
  • Monitor workflows and implement AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure team members adhere to schedules, proactively managing any conflicts or changes.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure fast issue resolution.
  • Analyze operational data and generate performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Mandatory Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native or near-native fluency).
