The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The role ensures compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and inventory accuracy while maintaining safety and productivity within the warehouse team.

1. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure all materials and finished goods are properly labeled, stored, and handled in accordance with company and food safety standards.
• Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to maintain efficiency and organization.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and weighing scales.

2. Inventory Management

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records in the system.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

3. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports (inventory status, stock movements, discrepancies, etc.).
• Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements (FIFO/FEFO, traceability, etc.).

4. Team Supervision

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Conduct training for warehouse personnel on safety, handling, and procedures.
• Promote teamwork and discipline within the warehouse team.

5. Safety and Compliance

• Implement and enforce safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety standards.
• Report and address any unsafe acts or equipment.
