Job Position: Dim Sum Cook (Xiao Long Bao Maker)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Dim Sum Cook with a focus on preparing Xiao Long Bao (XLB) and other steamed dumplings. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in dim sum or dumpling production and can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. If you have strong attention to detail, steady hands, and passion for authentic dim sum craftsmanship, we'd love to have you on the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, fold, and shape Xiao Long Bao consistently according to company standards
• Make dough, wrappers, and fillings from scratch when required
• Operate steamers and maintain proper cooking techniques for dim sum items
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dumpling/steam station
• Assist in inventory, portioning, and quality control
• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at all times
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to meet service demands efficiently

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Dim Sum Cook, Dumpling Maker, or in similar kitchen roles
• Skilled in dumpling folding techniques (especially Xiao Long Bao)
• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level
• Can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be neat, well-groomed, and able to follow kitchen safety protocols
