We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Plumbing Estimator who specializes in high-end residential construction. This role demands expertise in Simpro, CAD, and a deep understanding of Australian plumbing codes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate plumbing estimates for luxury homes, renovations, and residential extensions.

  • Use Simpro software for takeoff and end-to-end job management.

  • Generate detailed as-built drawings using CAD tools.

  • Organize and manage project documents efficiently via Google Drive.

  • Collaborate with clients, builders, and internal teams to align estimates with project scope.

  • Review blueprints and specifications to develop thorough cost breakdowns.

  • Identify value-engineering opportunities to optimize cost without sacrificing quality.

  • Stay current on plumbing materials, technologies, and industry best practices.

  • Ensure all estimates are compliant with Australian plumbing codes and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Estimator in high-end residential construction.

  • Simpro software proficiency is essential.

  • Skilled in CAD software for drafting and as-built documentation.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Drive.

  • Solid understanding of Australian construction standards and plumbing regulations.

  • High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently with confidence and precision.
