Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant. The role is based in Pasig, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, providing professional advice on available real estate properties, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting customers through the buying process. Property Consultants are expected to stay informed about the latest property trends and offerings by DMCI Homes Inc. to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively
  • Proficiency in Consulting and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience or aptitude in Sales and Real Estate, including property knowledge and market awareness
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market is an advantage
