As the Head Concierge, we rely on you to:

  • Leading the Concierge team 
  • Provide a personalized guest service 
  • Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
  • Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests
  • Keep up-to-date the latest trends in the industry and review the standard operating procedures

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Is a self-starter and a team player
  • Effective ledership skills
  • Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
