Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations (AP and AR)
  • Review and verify financial documents, vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, aging reports, and financial schedules.
  • Monitor expense reports, liquidations, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for billing and payment concerns.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Help implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • With 1–3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and government compliance (BIR, bookkeeping).
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Experience in accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar) is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
