
Client Service Representative – Researcher

Position Summary
The Client Service Representative – Researcher is responsible for delivering high-quality telephone-based customer support and conducting accurate research on dental benefit plans. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and data entry skills who can effectively assist clients and internal team members while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Job Details:
- Work from Home
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM PH Time
- Operations Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 11 PM to 8 AM, Friday 10 PM to 7 AM PH Time
Responsibilities
- Research dental plans and accurately communicate findings to clients based on department protocols.
- Respond to incoming phone calls from clients and data enter dental benefit request information.
- Meet established production and performance metrics in accordance with department guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to quality assurance standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in service delivery.
- Assist fellow team members with research tasks and client communication as needed.
- Continuously build and maintain the highest level of knowledge related to research processes, customer service, and communication practices.
- Manage fax requests using the designated fax request program.
- Demonstrate professionalism and composure in dealing with job stress, constructive feedback, and maintaining alertness during shifts.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful working relationship with co-workers and clients.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; OR
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience with dental insurance is a plus
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret procedural documents such as manuals and guidelines.
- Ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to interpret and apply instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule format.
Computer Skills
- Proficient with personal computers in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with data entry and client service software is a plus.
