About our clientOur client is a privately owned company specializing in independent, in-depth research on behaviors, buying preferences, and future needs of investors and intermediaries. Their insights support financial services companies across Australia, Asia, the US, UK, and Europe. Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Analyst will oversee end-to-end research delivery, including:Designing surveys and analyses to extract actionable insights,Creating compelling narratives to inform clients' strategic decisions.

Reports and PresentationsEnsure accuracy and statistical significance of results (data cleaning, calibration, valid comparisons). Review materials meticulously, incorporate feedback, and follow quality assurance processes. Assist with additional quantitative analyses as needed.

Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines. Develop industry knowledge to enhance understanding of key questions and improve presentation and survey design skills. SurveysParticipate in survey input meetings, design surveys, determine panels, and collaborate with Client Services for infield monitoring.

Engage in planning meetings to clarify study objectives. Contribute to client feedback and input processes under guidance. Manage survey testing and review processes.

Contribution Across the BusinessRespond promptly to team requests, including from Growth, Operations, and Transformation teams. Provide constructive feedback during reviews.

Share ideas to improve processes, practices, and technology. Client RelationshipsAddress client issues or escalate as needed. Participate in client meetings to better understand their needs.

Attend client presentations to deepen industry knowledge. QualificationsWilling to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm MNL time. Available to start ASAP.Stable wired internet connection and functional workstation.

Effective spoken and written communication skills. Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy. Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement solutions.

Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines. Reliability in delivering results under pressure.
