Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative – Telco, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing basic troubleshooting support. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions, document cases accurately, and ensure swift resolutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy. This role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (international account)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity and account-related issues
  • Customer-focused and able to handle escalations professionally
  • College level (HS/SHS graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Willing to work onsite at SMT, Ortigas
  • Open to night shift schedules (US holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,500.00 per month
