Job Overview

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating and negotiating promo fares with the Head Office for various sales initiatives, including agency partnerships, travel fairs, bank campaigns, and regular fare offerings. This role works closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth event preparation for expos and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and negotiate with Head Office the request for promo fares to agencies, travel fairs, bank campaigns and regular fares.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for the events preparation (expo/campaign)
  • Handles CAB application for the market fares
  • Prepares rate sheet and double checking if loaded in the system
  • Sending email blasts for sales, flights and office advisories
  • Prepares detailed reports on a monthly and yearly basis with regard to the market of the country.
  • Creates reviews and reports regarding fares and competitor fares. To extract reports from different sales tools.
  • Attends exhibitions, conferences, events, meetings, and trainings assigned to her/him.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • With at least 4 years of experience or more in hospitality industry
  • With sales and ticketing background
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati
