Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement and Sales:

• Engage potential customers to promote SO-EN products and services, demonstrating key features and benefits.

• Provide detailed product information, answer customer questions, and address any concerns to facilitate purchase decisions.
• Assist customers in product selection, offering advice and guidance based on their needs and preferences.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective promotion and sales techniques.

• Promotional Activities and Brand Representation:

• Set up and maintain attractive product displays and promotional stands to capture customer attention.

• Distribute promotional materials, samples, and brochures to generate product awareness and interest.
• Represent the SO-EN brand in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and promotional standards.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

• Feedback and Reporting:

• Collect and report customer feedback to management, providing insights on product preferences and market trends.

• Track sales data and report on the success of promotional activities, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.

• Product Knowledge and Customer Relationships:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SO-EN products, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate product benefits.

• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, following up on purchases, and inviting them to upcoming events.
