We are looking for an experienced Banquet Captain Waiter to lead our service team for catering events

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in banquet or event service.

Experience in hotel, catering, or cruise ship service is a strong advantage.

Must be skilled in supervising and coordinating service staff during functions.

Should have a team of reliable on-call waiters (preferably with around 10 season On-Call Waiters) familiar with catering operations.

Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise banquet waiters during events to ensure smooth service.

Coordinate with kitchen and event coordinators for efficient food and beverage flow.

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.

Train and guide service staff as needed.

Pay: Php20, Php20,150.00 per month
