Hemodialysis Head Nurse

Hemodialysis Head Nurse provides specialized care to patients with kidney failure, managing their dialysis treatments, monitoring their health, and educating them about their condition. Supervision of the Clinical Team.

SUPERVISION OF THE CENTER

·       Manages day-to-day operation of the center and directly reports to the Clinical Manager regarding over-all supervision and management.

·       Secures necessary updated licenses for the center's operation in affiliation with the Administrative Manager.

·       Performs managerial work in planning, coordinating, and directing the center's staffs.

·       Orients new personnel in the center and assigns duties to both administrative and medical department, supervises and evaluates work performance.

·       Responsible in preparing staff schedules to be checked and approved by the Clinical Manager.

·       Maintains discipline among the personnel working in the unit.

·       Deals appropriately with any adverse situation that occurs in the center and reports to the concerned authorities

·       Maintains good public relations in the center.

SUPERVISION OF PATIENT CARE

·       Directly reports and collaborates with the Medical Director regarding care management of patients, matters regarding In-house physicians, and other medical concerns in the operations of the center.

·       Responsible with the supervision of nursing staffs and care management of patients.

·       Utilizes established standards and criteria for evaluating nursing care.

·       Listens and acts on evaluations, complaints, needs, and suggestions of staffs, patients, relatives, doctors and others.
