About the Role

Join Graia Construction Corporation as a Driving Instructor (NC II) in our Bacoor City, Cavite location. This full-time role is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical driving instruction, ensuring trainees meet company safety and competency standards. As part of our Training and Transport Compliance team, you will help promote safe driving practices and support the smooth operation of our construction activities.

What You'll Be Doing

· Conducting practical driving lessons and classroom-based theoretical instruction

· Training employees on safe driving practices, defensive driving, and traffic regulations

· Assessing driver skills and providing constructive feedback

· Preparing trainees for internal evaluations and certification requirements

· Ensuring training vehicles are well-maintained and safe to operate

· Documenting training sessions, assessments, and progress reports

· Collaborating with the team to improve training materials and processes

What We're Looking For

· Driving NC II (TESDA) Certification – Required

· Proven experience as a Driving Instructor or similar training role

· Valid Professional Driver's License (with appropriate restrictions)

· Strong communication and teaching/coaching skills

· Solid understanding of traffic laws, road safety, and defensive driving techniques

· Patient, professional, and able to train individuals of varying skill levels
