Dining Crew

The Dining Crew provides exceptional customer service by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and well-organized dining environment. This role involves serving food and beverages, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities- Dining Crew:

1. Greet customers, provide menus, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.

2. Accurately take and record customer orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.

3. Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and ensure they are satisfied with their meals.

4. Set and clear tables, including changing table settings and handling used dishes and utensils.

5. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors as needed.

6. Prepare and present bills to customers, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.

7. Address customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.

8. Work closely with kitchen crew and other dining crew members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food and beverages.

9. Monitor and restock dining supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils, to ensure availability.

10. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and maintaining hygiene standards.

11. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php570.00 per day
