Responsibilities:

· Inventory Management (Malabon warehouse)

· PO of stock replenishment from Zamboanga to Malabon warehouse

· Daily backload monitoring

· Transfer of stocks monitoring from BIC production and Zamboanga warehouse (CY)

· Process of TMG stock/POP request – subject for approval of Managing Director

· PO to delivery process flow revision/update

· Monthly inventory cycle count/reconciliation

· Ensures the shipments & order information are properly entered, received, updated, and recorded in an accurate, and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • With background in SAP
