Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management and any related course.
  • 5-7 years professional experience in F&B. Hotel setting is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with POS, inventory and scheduling software.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across food outlets, beverage services, banquets, room service, and events to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels; forecast needs and manage ordering to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health regulations, and licensing.
  • Conduct regular inspections and enforce standard operating procedures for cleanliness and staff hygiene.
