Warehouse Checker

JOB PURPOSE

To documents the quantity, quality, type, weight, and value of items for dispatching or preparation of customer orders. They are also known to count quantities and qualities of materials.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Itemized checking of all stocks due for dispatching to the stores, to check the consistency of data (correct item, correct quantity and lot number and expiration date) between actual stocks and pick lists.
• Itemized receiving of all stocks incoming from the suppliers (or returns from the stores) in order to check the consistency between actual items, sale invoice and Purchase order (In absence of the warehouse checker- Logistics)
• Responsible for proper declaration of the actual total number boxes for a certain DR's.
• Supervises the sealing of boxes containing items due for dispatching after checking and sees to it that the boxes are properly labeled and organized.
• Make sure that all documentation is complete both during dispatching and during receiving and witnesses the loading of items in the truck.
• Responsible for filling the pick list picked for the day on his area for the proper documentations.
• Train packer the proper way of packing products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College Degree of any course / Associate Degree
• With at least 6 months of related experience to Pharmaceutical or drugstore warehousing.
• Strong previous knowledge of medicines and consumer goods sold in drug stores.
• Previous experience in checking of stocks, receiving of deliveries from suppliers
• Attentive and cautious (accurate declaration of lot number and expiration date on all documents).
• Strong capacity to concentrate and maintain consistent accuracy
• Good abilities with numbers when making recounts
• Leadership – Has ability to deal with internal and external customer with respect and professionalism.
• Integrity – Has the desire not to compromise on quality to ensure the smooth operations of the warehouse and loyalty to the management.
• Self-discipline – must be the role model of the warehouse picker/ packer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
