As an
SAP Solutions Architect Manager
, you'll be the key expert responsible for designing innovative, profitable, and deliverable SAP solutions for clients. You'll lead a team and work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure every solution is not only a winning proposal but also provides a clear business case and value proposition. This is a senior role that requires extensive experience in solution planning, costing, and pricing, along with proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Solution Strategy:
    Act as a subject matter expert, directing the design of complex, cross-functional solutions to meet client needs.
  • Business Partnership:
    Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create solutions that are both competitive and executable, ensuring they align with the client's business goals.
  • Technical Guidance:
    Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, providing technical direction, managing risks, and ensuring successful implementation and performance.
  • Team Leadership:
    Guide and manage a team of specialists, making key decisions and promoting continuous improvement within the solutioning process.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience:
    A minimum of
    8-12 years
    in a relevant field, with
    managerial experience
    .
  • Technical Acumen:
    Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and experience in delivering complex solutions.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
