Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Field Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be in charge of conducting on-site visits to clients for payment collection, account verification, and updating payment status. This role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of integrity when handling financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients or customers to collect due payments and issue official receipts.
  • Ensure timely collection based on assigned routes or schedules.
  • Coordinate with the accounting or credit department regarding payment updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide feedback to management.
  • Safeguard collected funds and ensure timely turnover to the office.
  • Follow company policies, confidentiality standards, and legal procedures in all collection activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level or College Grad .
  • With experience as a Field Collector or similar role is an advantage.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle).
  • With own motorcycle is preferred.
  • Honest, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
