Job Overview

Responsible for assisting the Replenishment Planner in PR to PO and Delivery Order creation, driving customer satisfaction and replenishment cycle efficiency through cross-functional teamwork with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care.

• Responsible for optimizing intercompany material flow and procurement across TE plants and Distribution Centers, ensuring continuous stock replenishment and on-time customer order fulfillment.
• Proactively analyzed and resolved critical supply chain exceptions, monitored key performance indicators (Past Due to Request, STR, STS, Inventory), and identified opportunities for improved delivery performance and customer service.
• Additionally, maintained master data for robust system governance.

What your background should look like:

• Possessing 1-2 years of experience in SAP (or other ERP software), including a solid understanding of MRP, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management, you excel in spreadsheet analysis and demonstrate strong mathematical abilities.
• You are detail-oriented, an effective cross-functional communicator, and willing to adjust working hours and travel to meet global project deadlines.
• You also excel at building strong peer relationships to ensure seamless coordination and shared vision.
