As Product Designer, you will work closely with cross functional teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable product experiences. You will participate in the design process, contributing to research, wire framing, prototyping, and user testing to ensure we are building the best possible experiences for our users. You will have strong interaction and visual design skills, as well as a user-centered mindset, and the ability to turn complex problems into simple and delightful solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Collaborate with the squad to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new and existing features.
  • Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Help analyse user behaviour and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Champion the user's voice in the solution and design.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure experiences are implemented as intended.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and iterating on design concepts.
  • Advocate for design best practices, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
What we're looking for:
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating your processes and high-quality visual and interaction design.
  • Strong understanding of human-centred design (HCD) principles, usability, and heuristics.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience designing responsive web and/or native mobile apps.
  • Is detail-oriented, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) collaboration is a plus.
  • Experience in maintaining a design system is a plus
