• Reporting the findings of the pouring operation to upper management as needed.
• Working full time hours and may need to work overtime as needed to ensure operation hits established goals and objectives
• Helps in developing strategies to increase the performance of the production department
• Maintain RMC materials at an optimum level and place material orders
• Responsible for reporting material usages and inventories to accounting in accordance with financial reporting requirements
• Gives instructions to operators and oversees the batching of concrete
• Proper dispatching of transit mixer drivers
• Receives request RMC and coordinate with quality control/assurance staff
• Assists in implementing departmental policies, procedures and forms
• Assists in communicating the established policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure efficacy and improved productivity
• Listing important details on the Delivery Receipts (DR) during pouring to record the transaction and record it on log book as back up.
• Clerical duties/computer works
• Monitoring the attendance of TM Drivers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,260.00 per month
