About the role

We are seeking an experienced QAQC Engineer (EE/ECE) to join our dynamic team at Net Pacific, Inc.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical and electronic engineering projects in Bamban Tarlac. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence and delivering exceptional results for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for electrical and electronic engineering projects
  2. Conducting thorough inspections and testing at various stages of the project lifecycle to identify and resolve issues proactively
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
  4. Analysing data, generating reports, and providing recommendations for process improvements
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance
  6. Mentoring and training junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
  2. Experience as QAQC role within the construction industry is an advantage.
  3. Proven track record of successfully implementing quality assurance and control processes
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  5. Strong technical expertise in electrical/electronic systems and components
  6. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  7. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  8. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
