Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain our environmental software products according to requirements and designs. Participate in software specification, development, and testing following defined standards. Deliver software projects both independently and as part of agile and outsourced teams.

Develop embedded applications (Windows XP Embedded) utilizing GIS plug-ins, including vehicle navigation and route optimization. Provide project updates to senior management. Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of Web Technologies such as .

NET Core, Web API, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS3. Experience with C#, ASP.NET, or SQL Server; knowledge of Java or other OO languages is a plus. Familiarity with Angular, React, Vue, or TypeScript is advantageous.

Understanding of Design Patterns and Principles. Experience with MVC and Entity Framework. Proficiency in MS SQL Server, databases, and programming.

Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Development. Experience with web services and REST API.Understanding of security mechanisms for web and web services. Experience writing Unit tests.

Qualifications and Personal AttributesDegree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.5-10 years of experience in IT, specializing in Software Development, preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
