About the role

Join ARTEMISPLUS EXPRESS INC.' as a Service Crew. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer/client at our Outlets located in FPIP, Santo Tomas City Batangas. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff
  3. Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Ensure tables are set and maintained to a high standard
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly
  6. Assist with general restaurant duties as needed, such as stocking and cleaning
  7. Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues

Cashier

Counter Staff

Pantry Staff

Stock Clerk

Kitchen Helper

Dishwasher / Busboy

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  4. Positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  7. Preferably residing in or near Sto. Tomas / Tanauan, Batangas
  8. With complete requirements and willing to start ASAP
  9. With or without experience – training will be provided
  10. Must be hardworking, honest, and a team player
