Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Human Resources Specialist – Labor Relations & Training. The specialist will be responsible for managing labor relations programs, fostering employee engagement, handling grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. Additionally, the role includes the development and implementation of training programs to improve workforce skills, support employee development, and align with organizational goals. Administrative and strategic duties related to workforce development are also key components of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in labor relations, including negotiation, mediation, and grievance handling
  • Familiarity with training program development, facilitation, and execution
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous HR experience, particularly in the areas of labor relations and professional development, is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in office productivity software and HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion
