About the role

As Warehouse Manager , you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of warehousing and distribution facilities in Meycauayan City , Bulacan or in Compostela Cebu . This full-time position is integral to ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials to support our manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and asset tracking
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimise productivity and efficiency
  • Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing training, supervision, and performance management
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and well-maintained warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong operational and logistics expertise, with a deep understanding of warehouse management best practices
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in inventory management systems, data analysis, and reporting
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and experience in creating a safe working environment
  • Graduate of any 4- year business, computer or engineering course
  • Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan City , Bulacan or Compostela Cebu
