Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and collaborate with bank staff to generate referrals and client leads.
  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
  • Provide personalized advice to walk-in clients and bank customers on financial protection and wealth accumulation.
  • Educate clients about insurance, savings, and investment-linked plans aligned with their goals.
  • Ensure a seamless sales process from consultation to application and post-sale support.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through excellent after-sales service and regular follow-ups.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Comply with regulatory and company standards and maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proactive and sales-driven with a passion for helping others.
  • Willing to be assigned at a designated bank branch location.
  • Licensed financial advisor or insurance agent is a plus (training and licensing support available).
