BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is urgently hiring for COMPANY DRIVER (2 mos. Reliever)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 5 years of experience
  • At least High school graduate
  • Professional Driver's License holder (DL Codes B, B1)
  • Can drive manual and automatic vehicle
  • Owns a motorcycle
  • Residence within the South area (from Carmona, Cavite or San Pedro, or Biñan Laguna)
  • Knowledgeable in using Traffic/Navigation Apps is an advantage
  • Basic car troubleshooting (as needed).
  • Must possess a good moral character; trustworthy, has initiative, and good at following instructions.
  • Physically fit.
  • Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City).
  • Amenable to a work schedule of Mondays to Fridays, (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • Willing to work on weekends when needed
  • Willing to render overtime when needed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Schedule regular car service maintenance and report any issues to ensure that assigned vehicle is safe and clean.
  • Perform pre-and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any mechanical or safety issues.
  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
  • Operates vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with government and company regulations/standards.
  • Courteously interacts with customers/passengers, ensuring they are serviced in a professional and timely manner.
  • Transport company staff as well as various materials to and from specified locations.
  • Ensure the timely registration of the company vehicle.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
  • Provide accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and going.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to Admin Manager.
  • Manage Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
