We are looking for a motivated and innovative Flutter Developer Intern to join our development team. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals and gain hands-on experience in mobile app development using Flutter. Successful candidate will assist in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications, learning industry-standard development practices under the guidance of senior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the construction and maintenance of robust, cross-platform (iOS/Android) mobile applications utilizing the Dart language and Flutter framework.
• Engage proactively with designers, product managers, and the development team to translate concepts and requirements into functional application features.
• Participate in rigorous debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing application code to ensure stability and an excellent user experience.
• Author clean, well-documented, and scalable code; actively participate in peer code reviews to uphold high development standards.
• Research and apply best practices in mobile development, including responsive UI/UX principles and efficient state management.
• Attend project meetings, contribute technical insights, and follow the team's development workflow.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Demonstrated strong foundational knowledge of the Dart programming language and hands-on familiarity with the Flutter SDK (personal projects, coursework, or prototypes are a plus).
• A genuine passion for building beautiful and performant mobile user interfaces and exploring new technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for a collaborative team environment.
