-Develop and implement marketing strategies in coordination with the Branch/Unit Managers to attract potential loan applicants.

- Review loan applications, assess financial and credit information, and coordinate with applicants to clarify details as needed.

- Monitor loan repayment performance, address potential delinquencies, implement risk-mitigation measures, and assist borrowers in resolving financial difficulties to ensure compliance.

- Develop strategies to grow the loan portfolio, plan to meet financial targets, and collaborate with branch management to improve loan policies and procedures.

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports as may be deemed necessary.
