· Ensure to adheres to SODEXO WAY Service standards through training and role modeling

· Canteen Procurement - Place daily foodstuff orders to suppliers according to chefs' requests, communicate with suppliers about price, marketing status and other related issues, and ensure orders are delivered timely. Make survey to collect the food order of the region employee, prepare the events of the canteen , food card charge and refund

· Assist process the requirement of the chef such as updating the policy of domestic and international flight check in request and assist to process documents

· To carry any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Implement and Conduct food safety audit

· Canteen Manpower duty roster

· Supervise daily canteen operation

· Ensuring all kitchen equipment are well maintained.
