Responsibilities

A. Product Formulation & Development

• Evaluate and select appropriate raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging to achieve desired product performance and stability.
• Prepare laboratory-scale batches for new product concepts and reformulations.
• Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing of formulations...

C. Production Support

• Work closely with production and QA teams during pilot and scale-up batches to ensure formulation consistency.
• Provide technical assistance during troubleshooting of formulation or process issues.
• Train production staff on proper handling, mixing, and quality parameters of developed products.

E. Quality & Safety

• Follow laboratory safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the formulation lab.
• Support internal audits and inspections related to product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician (preferred, depending on regulatory requirements).
• At least 2–5 years of experience in cosmetic, personal care, or related product formulation.
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, GMP, ISO 22716, and FDA cosmetic regulations.
