We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Email Designer & Creative Strategist to join the marketing team of one of our valued clients. The right candidate will thrive in a remote setting and will be responsible for executing email designs using established templates while contributing to the creative direction of static ads. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute visually compelling email designs using pre-existing templates and brand assets.

  • Design static advertisements that align with marketing strategies and brand vision.

  • Contribute to creative brainstorming for email campaigns and static ads.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all email designs and static ads.

  • Adapt existing templates to meet campaign needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with Chris and the team to refine designs based on feedback.

  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all creative work.

  • Help define the creative direction for campaigns and suggest improvements.

  • Work within established brand guidelines to deliver cohesive designs.

  • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices for email and digital ads.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Klaviyo

  • Shopify

  • PostScript

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Canva

  • Google Suite

  • Slack

  • Zoom

  • Project Management tools (Asana, , Notion, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in design and creative strategy.

  • Proven experience in email design (using platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, or PostScript).

  • Strong skills in creating static ads for both digital and email campaigns.

  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).

  • Experience with template work and adapting templates for various campaigns.

  • Ability to maintain brand consistency while contributing creative ideas.

  • Strong English communication skills and experience in collaborative work environments.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while taking direction when needed.

  • Experience transitioning from execution-focused design roles to more creative strategy-driven positions.

  • Understanding of simplicity in design and how it contributes to effective campaigns.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
