Responsibilities:

  • Create, write, and update high-quality technical documentation including manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), audit reports, job aids, process flows, and other compliance-related materials.
  • Review and revise documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan, research, and produce both technical and non-technical documentation that meets project and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain document version control, audit trails, and ensure timely distribution of controlled documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate compliance with internal policies and external regulations through the development of supporting documentation and participation in audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide detailed and accurate documentation, including process flows and presentations, to support operational transparency and deliverables.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver high-quality documentation and support services that meet or exceed departmental standards.

Requirements:

  • 4-year related college degree or relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
  • At least 2 years of experience in document control and technical writing specifically in ISO, PCI, and SOC preferred
  • Experience in communicating complex and technical information with a non-technical audience
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently with great time-management skills
  • Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office and Visio
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
