Role Overview:Identify and mitigate cyber risks by assessing systems, networks, and applications for vulnerabilities. Simulate real-world attacks, document findings, and provide security improvement recommendations. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and collaborate with professionals to develop comprehensive security strategies.

Conduct security assessments on systems, networks, and applications. Simulate cyber attacks to identify vulnerabilities. Perform security testing activities including:Software/Web Application/Web Services penetration testingNetwork Penetration TestingMobile Application Penetration TestingThick Client Penetration TestingDevelop and execute penetration testing methodologies.

Prepare detailed reports on findings.Recommend and implement security policy improvements. Stay current with the latest tools and techniques. Train staff on security awareness and procedures.

Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures. Your Leadership Role:Empower yourself and others to lead by living our purpose and values. Engage in continuous growth, act as brand ambassadors, and share your knowledge.

Understand stakeholder goals, set priorities, and align team efforts to achieve objectives. Build relationships, communicate effectively, and demonstrate integrity and confidence. Recognize individual strengths and contributions to motivate and influence teams positively.

Minimum Requirements:If you have:A bachelor's degree in information security, systems management, computer science, engineering, or related field. Over 3 years of experience in IT, audits, or cybersecurity. Proven experience as a Penetration Tester or similar role.

Proficiency with automated tools and manual testing techniques. Strong knowledge of vulnerabilities and exploits. Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, CREST) are advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-management and task prioritization skills.
