Finishing Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our maintenance team. The Painter will be responsible for painting, repairing, and maintaining the interior and exterior surfaces of the hotel to ensure a clean, attractive, and well-maintained appearance for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and cleaning.
• Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Repair wall damages such as cracks, dents, or water stains.
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of paints and chemicals.
• Work with the engineering or maintenance team to complete renovation or repair projects.
• Follow all hotel safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter (preferably in a hotel or commercial setting).
• Knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques.
• Good eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment and work on ladders or scaffolding.

Preferred:

• Experience with drywall repair and surface preparation.
• Basic knowledge of other trades (e.g., carpentry, tiling) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
