JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a graduate of a TESDA-Accredited Hemodialysis Technician Program,
  • Allied Health Course Graduate (underboard) with Hemodialysis training.
  • TESDA NC II in Dialysis Technician (for non-nursing graduates).
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a dialysis center or hospital.
  • Knowledge of dialysis principles, machine operation, and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and infection control practices.
  • Physical stamina for long shifts and patient lifting
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure or emergencies.
