JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a graduate of a TESDA-Accredited Hemodialysis Technician Program,
- Allied Health Course Graduate (underboard) with Hemodialysis training.
- TESDA NC II in Dialysis Technician (for non-nursing graduates).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate.
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a dialysis center or hospital.
- Knowledge of dialysis principles, machine operation, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and infection control practices.
- Physical stamina for long shifts and patient lifting
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork in a clinical setting.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure or emergencies.
