Sample Pickup & Delivery

· Collect samples from clients according to the agreed schedule and protocols.

· Ensure proper handling, labeling, and packaging of samples to maintain integrity.

· Deliver collected samples to the laboratory within the required time frame.

1. Documentation & Compliance

· Verify and record sample details on pickup forms, chain of custody documents, and logs.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and laboratory requirements for sample transport.

· Obtain client signatures and necessary approvals for sample handover.

1. Coordination with Clients & Sales Team

· Communicate with clients to confirm pickup schedules and sample requirements.

· Update the sales team about incoming samples and any special handling instructions.

· Address any concerns from clients regarding sample collection.

1. Collection of Payments & Invoices

· Retrieve payments, checks, or other financial documents from clients when required.

· Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of collected payments to the finance team.

· Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, if necessary.

1. Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance

· Ensure that the company vehicle used for sample transport is well-maintained and operational.

· Keep sample storage coolers, packaging materials, and transport tools in good condition.

· Report any vehicle or equipment issues to management for timely repairs.

1. Compliance with Health & Safety Standards

· Follow proper safety protocols for handling hazardous or sensitive samples.

· Wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during sample collection and transport.

· Adhere to biohazard, chemical, or environmental safety guidelines when required.
