Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and digital content tailored for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits, to improve search rankings and website traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing actionable insights to boost lead generation and conversions.
  • Manage digital marketing funnels, ensuring alignment of campaigns with business objectives and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to produce high-quality marketing assets that maximize ad performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO & CRM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Salesforce).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage ad budgets and deliver ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Portfolio of past campaigns and measurable results will be highly valued.

Skills Required:

  • Paid Ads Management: Google Ads, Meta Ads (audience targeting, budget optimization, A/B testing).
  • Content Creation for Ads: Ad copywriting, creative briefing, basic graphic/video editing (Canva, Adobe tools a plus).
  • SEO & SEM: Keyword research, website optimization, and search engine marketing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Data interpretation, ROI analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Social Media Marketing: Understanding content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Rate Offer:

PHP 35,000 – PHP 45,000 (negotiable, depending on experience and portfolio)
