Job Summary:As an Asset Servicing Assistant Vice President within the Wealth Management Operations team, you will collaborate with global business and client-facing teams to efficiently manage corporate and class actions across various markets. You will drive strategic projects and shape the future of Operations, ensuring business activities are conducted efficiently, controlled, and timely by understanding, reviewing, and implementing processes, systems, and procedures in a growing business with complex product offerings. This position is crucial for seamless asset servicing execution, emphasizing leadership, operational excellence, and technological innovation to enhance service delivery and drive digital transformation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

 Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market.

 Proficient in SWIFT Messages and Financial Markets.

 High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

 Ability to manage operations with minimal or no supervision.

 Act as the first level of escalation for complex issues.

 Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.

 Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.

 Identify, evaluate, and deliver process improvement initiatives.

 Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.

 Monitor and chase queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines, urgency, and escalations.

 Conduct process training for new joiners.
